In today's world every person is under stress. Over work and decrease physical activity leads to stress. Stress is characterized when a person feels excessive mental pressure.   • Blood pressure may rise. People who remain under stress usually have high blood pressure which remains unnoticed.
  • Headache, vertigo are common symptoms in people suffering from stress.
  • Continuous stress produces several digestive problems. It may cause indigestion, flatulence and constipation.
  • There may be loss of sleep and loss of appetite.
  • Depression, irritation and irritability are often accompanied with stress.
