Home Remedies for Indigestion

Indigestion is not a disease, but it is only a symptom associated with other gastric ailments.   • Ginger is also useful for digestion problems. Ginger tea is effective for getting relief from symptoms of indigestion.
  • Mix one table spoon of baking soda in water and drink it. It is an effective home remedy for getting rid of indigestion.
  • Avoid eating fried and fatty foods. Take light meal.
  • Drink as much water as you can. It is very important to keep your body hydrated during indigestion.
  • Exercise is an important natural way of getting rid of stomach ailments. Do not go to sleep immediately after eating food. One should go to bed after two hours of eating food at night.
  • Crush cardamom and cloves together and take it with ginger juice. It will immediately give relief from indigestion.
