Before taking shower you have to lukewarm 3-5 spoons of coconut oil and using the fingertips massage the scalp. Leave it for next one hour; preferably wrap the hair with warm wet towel. So that would help in opening the pours of skin and then let the oil go inside the roots for complete moisturization. After one hour you can wash hair with regular shampoo.
